Cindy Villazon is an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at New Age Behavior with more than seven years of experience supporting children and families through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Known for her compassionate approach and positive energy, Cindy helps children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) develop communication, behavioral, and daily living skills in supportive environments.

Her dedication to individualized care and meaningful progress has made her a trusted source of support for many families. Cindy is passionate about helping every child feel valued, encouraged, and confident throughout their ABA therapy journey.

Outside of work, Cindy enjoys traveling, discovering new cultures, and staying active through Zumba classes. Her joyful personality and caring nature shine both inside and outside of therapy sessions.
