Meet The Team!

Laura Orlando

Founder, BCBA, & Learning Consultant

At New Age Behavior, we believe ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) is about empowering your child to confidently interact with their world, not just fitting into a mold. My journey began in classrooms, evolved into early intervention special education, and extended to supporting parents through their children’s educational challenges. I’m passionate about a collaborative approach. Together with schools, families, and a dedicated team of service providers, we’re committed to making a meaningful difference in your child’s life.
