- About us
Transforming Lives Through ABA Therapy
At New Age Behavior, we provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy designed to empower children with autism to develop essential life skills. Our mission is to help children gain confidence, independence, and meaningful social connections, while equipping parents with the strategies they need to reinforce growth at home and school. Every program is tailored to each child’s unique strengths, challenges, and interests, focusing on communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and daily living skills. Through evidence-based ABA techniques and a compassionate, child-centered approach, we create an environment where children feel supported, understood, and motivated to reach their full potential.

Our Step
What Steps You'll Take
01
Initial Consultation
The first step in our journey together is to understand your family’s unique needs and goals. During the initial consultation, we take the time to learn about your child—their personality, interests, strengths, and areas where additional support may be helpful. This meeting allows us to answer all your questions about ABA therapy, explain what a typical session looks like, and set realistic expectations for progress. Together, we determine whether ABA therapy is the right fit for your child and family. Once both parties agree that this is a good match, we begin the process of verifying insurance benefits and preparing for the next stage of your child’s ABA journey.
02
BCBA Assessment
After insurance benefits are confirmed and you provide consent for services, one of our experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) conducts a thorough assessment. This step is critical for understanding your child’s current skills, behaviors, and developmental needs. The BCBA observes your child in natural settings, listens to parents’ insights, and collects data to design a personalized treatment plan tailored to your child’s unique profile. This plan outlines therapy goals, strategies, and milestones, and is submitted to your insurance representative for approval when required. This ensures the plan is both individualized and aligned with coverage requirements, setting a clear roadmap for therapy success.
03
The Therapy Begins
Once the treatment plan is approved, therapy officially begins. A trained Behavioral Technician, supervised by your BCBA, works directly with your child and family to implement the plan. Each session is structured, consistent, and guided by positive reinforcement, helping your child develop essential skills in communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and daily living. Therapy is provided in-home or at our clinics depending on your family’s needs. Our approach emphasizes both progress and engagement, creating a supportive environment where children feel safe, confident, and motivated to learn.
04
Coordination of Care
At New Age Behavior, we believe that ABA therapy is most effective when the entire support network is involved. We collaborate closely with parents, family members, teachers, caregivers, and even babysitters to ensure consistency and reinforcement of skills across all environments. By maintaining open communication and coordinated efforts, we maximize your child’s learning opportunities and ensure that gains made in therapy translate into real-life skills, both at home and in school settings.
05
Reassessment and Progress Reviewing
ABA therapy is an ongoing, evolving process, and we stay with your family every step of the way. Every six months, our team conducts a thorough progress review and reassessment, evaluating the effectiveness of current strategies and updating your child’s treatment plan to reflect growth and new objectives. This process celebrates milestones, identifies emerging needs, and ensures that your child continues to progress toward independence and social success. Our goal is to provide consistent, measurable improvements that empower both children and their families.
06
Ongoing Monitoring and Support
Your peace of mind is a top priority. Our senior clinicians supervise all therapy sessions using a rigorous, data-driven approach to track ongoing progress. Families receive continuous training, coaching, and support, allowing parents to confidently apply ABA strategies at home and in daily routines. We adjust therapy methods as needed, ensuring children continue to thrive while families feel equipped and supported throughout the journey. This ongoing supervision ensures that your child receives the highest quality of care and that therapy results are meaningful, sustainable, and integrated into everyday life.
