Laura Orlando is the founder of New Age Behavior and a passionate advocate for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. With experience in classroom education, early intervention special education, and parent support, she is dedicated to helping children build confidence, communication skills, and independence through compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

At New Age Behavior, Laura works collaboratively with families, schools, and service providers to create individualized support plans that help children thrive both academically and socially. Her family-centered approach focuses on empowering children through evidence-based behavioral interventions and meaningful real-world progress.

Laura believes ABA therapy should help children confidently engage with the world around them while ensuring parents feel supported throughout every stage of their journey.
